The Restore with JetBlue raffle is a fundraising raffle to support the organization’s purchase towards a shower trailer with truck to tow. In order to provide showers to the unsheltered. Your participation is not only a chance to win a Jetblue round trip ticket with luggage included, but you also play a vital role in supporting our mission.

• The Raffle is conducted in the state of Florida, where Restore Outreach Inc. is operated. 
• This raffle is open to participants 18 years of age and older at the time of purchase also, resident of the United States. 
• Being conducted in accordance with Florida law, Restore board members are not eligible to participate. 
• Raffle ticket amount is to be paid in full.
• Raffle tickets are non refundable.
• Two tickets are raffled individually 
• We are not responsible for lost raffle ticket/s after your purchase.
• You will have 5 days to claim the drawn winning ticket. After said time, a new ticket will be drawn issuing a new winner.

1. By purchasing a ticket, each participant agrees to be bound by and adhere to the terms and conditions in these rules. 

2. You may participate by purchasing as many raffle tickets as you wish at any time within raffle run date.

• The e-ticket will be automatically sent to the buyers. Each ticket has a unique number (No.) at the top right that can be used to identify the winning raffle ticket(s).
• When purchased in person, you will be given the Zeffy link to purchase your ticket. 
• When purchased via zeffy, your ticket will be emailed to the email address you provide. It will have your provided contact information, unique raffle number and confirmation.
• If you do not receive your raffle confirmation via email within 48 hours after purchase, you should contact us by email at: Restoreatreach@gmail.com.
• We are not responsible for any lost, misdirected email, unattended calls or messages if you are the raffle winner.
• Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes, federal, baggage, travel and any associated fees, as well as all other expenses incurred with claiming the prize. 
• Each winner must adhere to JetBlue rules and regulations.

location flyer purchase: Purchasing a ticket at a location where flyer is posted. You will scan QR code, submit payment through Zeffy. Your ticket will be sent via the email your provided. If you do not receive your raffle ticket confirmation via email within 48 hours after purchase, you should contact us by email at: Restoreatreach@gmail.com.

The deadline to be eligible for the drawing is to purchase a ticket or tickets by the deadline of May 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM unless extended, whichever comes first. 

• When purchased online after deadline, your refund will be returned after the payment has been processed through Zeffy. This can take up to 10 days. You will also have the option to refuse the return, which will be counted as a donation to Restore Outreach Inc. and go towards the shower trailer and truck. If a winner chooses to forfeit the tickets, it must be done so prior to tickets being sent out. Another winner will then be drawn. 

The winners are determined by a random drawing to take place on Instagram live on May 1,  2026 after 5:00 PM. The time will be posted on Restore's Instagram: restore_atreach & Facebook: Restore Outreach Inc 

You are welcome to watch live to observe the drawing. The winners do not have to be physically present or online during the drawing to win.

The winner will be notified by phone and/or by email. All participants will be notified of the winner via Restore Outreach social media. 

• A winner will be disqualified if the winner cannot be reached after 5 days of selection. After reasonable efforts have been extended to communicate with the winner they will be determined ineligible, for noncompliance of official rules. 
• A minimum of three attempts to contact the winner via phone and by email address provided when purchasing his/her raffle ticket. If a winner is disqualified or declines acceptance of the prize, Restore will redraw to identify a new winner for the tickets.
• All winners agree and consent to use of photographs or images of them or their first name and state of purchase for promotional use.

Restore Outreach Inc. makes no warranties or representations regarding the above airline. We are not responsible for flight booking, flight delays, canceled or expiration of tickets. Once the ticket has been awarded to you, we are not responsible in any way, for any reason.

• By entering these raffle's, each entrant releases Restore Outreach Inc. it’s directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) resulting from or caused by participating in the raffle or by winning any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and each winner agrees to indemnify and hold Restore Outreach Inc. blameless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind resulting from or arising from, in connection with participating in the raffle or the winner’s acceptance or use of any prize. 
• In no event shall Restore Outreach Inc., it’s directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents be liable for any loss or damages of any kind, including injury or death relating to or from participation in the raffle or the use of any prize even if such loss or damages results from or is caused or contributed to by the fault or negligence of Restore Outreach Inc., its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents.

Any raffle claim against Restore Outreach Inc. arising out of the sale of raffle ticket(s) or the conduct of the raffle shall be limited to the return of the purchase price paid for the ticket(s) in the total amount of what was paid per raffle with ticket, with proof of every claim ticket(s) purchased.
